Full Job Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The Activities Director will plan, organizing, develop and direct the overall operation of the Activity Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to assure that an on-going program of activities is designed to meet, in accordance with the comprehensive assessment, the interests and the physical, mental and psychosocial well-being of each resident.
  • The Activities Director will facilitate group activities
  • The Activities Director will encourage activity involvement and chart attendance
  • The Activities Director will assist in keeping activity supplies clean and organized
  • The Activities Director will assist with 1 on 1 activities, transport residents to and from activities
  • The Activities Director will assist with outings and special events and other assigned duties
  • The Activities Director collaborates with all disciplines to provide best patient centered treatment and care.
  • The Activities Director will comply with confidentiality, HIPPA and Federal Residents Rights.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doylestown, PA 18901: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
