Location: Bentonville, Arkansas

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Acute Care Surgeon/Trauma/Critical Care Surgeon to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing medical care to patients with trauma and surgical critical care needs. The role is primarily inpatient with post-surgical follow-ups seen in clinic on hospital campus.
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Provide medical care for patients with trauma and surgical critical care needs
– Working 12-15 shifts per month
– Level-3 Trauma
– Primarily inpatient with post-surgical follow-ups seen in clinic on hospital campus
– Participate in quality improvement initiatives
– Participate in teaching activities and research
Qualifications:
– Board Certified or Board Eligible in Surgery
– Current license to practice medicine
– A valid DEA license
– Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
– Excellent communication skills
– Able to make decisions quickly and accurately
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience and Skills:
– At least 3 years of experience practicing as an Acute Care Surgeon/Trauma/Critical Care Surgeon
– Demonstrated record of excellent patient care
– Ability to work independently
– Ability to work with a team
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
