MINIMUM REQUIRMENTS:
High School diploma or GED.
Two-years’ experience working in a health-related field.
Able to work early mornings, nights, and weekends
Experience with insurance management and billing and electronic health care system is preferred.
Basic computer proficiency
Excellent oral and written skills are required.
Energetic and enthusiastic personality
Dedicated, dependable, and ability to multi-task
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer services
Answer telephone in a polite and courteous manner.
Check in members and make needed updates to member’s accounts
Take prospective members on tours
Knowledgeable of all aspects of the wellness center
Respond to members questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Obtain patient information at time of visit.
Make appointments and referral appointments as requested.
Perform all duties efficiently to contribute to the positive member experience.
Maintain electronic and physical filing
Participate in special events (grand opening, marathons, community events)
Perform other duties as assigned.
