Description:Position will support the Vice-President F-16 Programs and Greenville Site Lead, along with providing administrative support to Directors within the IFG program office. The position will serve as the lead administrative assistant at the Greenville site, and will support site-related initiatives, meetings, customer and internal visits. Diversified responsibilities will require ability to resolve priorities in a constantly changing, fast paced environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: managing schedules, calendars and e-mail accounts via MS Outlook; effectively coordinating travel arrangements, processing expense reports and credit card reconciliation; reviewing and editing correspondence, and handling other general office duties. Will manage and screen large number of telephone calls for the VP and be able to refer calls appropriately. Ability to work independently in preparing correspondence and provide administrative review of documents. Must be able to interact professionally with Aeronautics Executive Leadership, as well as with all levels of customer, company and program internal/external management and other personnel. Will be expected to deal with sensitive data and maintain confidential materials. This individual must be agile in multi-tasking as well as be flexible and able to focus in a busy complex with other executives. Must maintain confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive personnel data.

  • No Clearance is required to start. Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.

Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of Administrative Assistant or related experience

Experience with Microsoft Suite – Outlook (specifically Outlook calendar management), Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.

Experience in managing e-mails, calendars, and schedules for leader.

Experience in travel planning and expense reporting.

Desired Skills:
Use personal initiative and proactive approach to formalize processes and streamline operations.

Must possess the ability to work in a high volume, fast paced and dynamic environment; multi-tasking, prioritization and initiative are required.

Candidate must have strong communication/interpersonal skills to effectively interact with executives.

Candidate should be able to quickly learn new tools and adapt to frequent changes in the business world.
