The City of Georgetown is now accepting applications for

Administrative Supervisor

Under limited supervision, provides administrative support to the Chief of Police, Police Captains, and the Deputy Chief of Police. Oversees Records department and front desk employees. Reports to the Captain of Support Services.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Associate degree in Criminal Justice or Administrative Management supplemented by a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a job-related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Valid South Carolina Driver’s License.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Must be physically able to operate a variety of automated office machines and equipment. Must be able to push, stoop, lift, pull, reach, kneel, climb, crawl, crouch, carry, or otherwise move objects. Work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for periods of time. Must be able to lift/carry weights of up 40 pounds.
