  • You will effectively and efficiently complete all administrative duties associate with assigned caseloads.
  • You will assist counselors with caseload management to ensure quality and timely service delivery to all consumers in order to achieve a successful employment outcome.
  • Associate’s degree; or High School diploma and two years of clerical experience; or ITTC’ s BAP Certification.
