Kittanning Care Center is a comprehensive skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing high-quality whole-patient care. Through its comprehensive onsite services including cardiac, orthopedic, wound and memory support, Kittanning Care Center has come to revolutionize senior care, helping its clients maximize their health, well-being and overall quality of life during these critical elder years. We are currently accepting applications for an Admissions Director.
Responsibilities
- Creating ongoing relationships with area medical professionals and social workers who require nursing home services for their patients/clients
- Answering inquiries from prospective residents/families as well as social workers and physicians, then providing tours of the center, as requested
- Aiding in the application and admission process for all new residents, including interviews and pre-admission care conferences
- Assessing incoming residents’ needs, and communicating service approvals to the appropriate departments
Qualifications
RNs, LPNs and Social Workers are welcome to apply. Vaccination from Covid-19 is a condition for hiring, except where a bona fide religious or medical exemption is submitted. Long term experience preferred but not necessary.
