Position Summary

This position is responsible to serve as a subject matter expert to coordinate, implement, support, and administer sales business systems. Incumbent is the primary liaison between Sales & Rental business units and IT/3rd party vendors to plan, define, and implement system solutions by gathering and interpreting end user needs and requirements. The role will also be responsible for overseeing process governance, adoption, and training of these systems.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Primary administrator for sales business systems – responsible for maintaining and governing system configurations
  • Bridge the gap between business and technology by having a solid understanding of business processes as well as technical skill set and be able to speak the language of both developers and end users.
  • Troubleshoot end-user issues and determine best path for resolution
  • Review and research system version upgrades for business systems – coordinate and communicate with business, vendor and IT teams
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement, developing procedures, and setting usage policies
  • Facilitate evaluation of requests and initiatives with business leaders to set priorities and provide regular status updates to stakeholders on timeline of priorities
  • Work with business teams to develop written functional specifications of prioritized requests
  • Collaborate closely with developers and/or other business teams to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process and coordinate UAT and signoff
  • Work with business managers to develop user adoption goals and plans to execute
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand training needs
  • Develop and deliver system training as needed for MFC Sales & Rental personnel – videos, written documentation, and in person training
  • Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business related field (Business Administration, Project Management, Continuous Improvement) or equivalent years of experience
  • 5 years or more experience in CRM, data management, project management, or managing business systems

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business related field (Business Administration, Project Management, Continuous Improvement) or equivalent years of experience
  • 10 years’ experience in CRM, data management, project management, or managing business systems
  • PPM Certificate
  • Experience with Digital solutions, Microsoft preferably. Teams, Sharepoint, Power Platform, Power BI, SQL, Smartsheet
  • Experience writing business requirements and documenting processes

  • Ability to use common design tools such as interface mock up software and flow charts.

Physical Requirements of Position:

  • May require regular travel (26% – 50%); overnight travel (26% – 50%)
