Position Objective:
To assist the Account Payable management team as well as support other AP Lead Specialists in order to improve the overall efficiency of all AP functions.

Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for key audit functions

Responsible for daily check request processes and corporate invoices

Provide support for specialty vendors, B2B and special projects

Support Management team and other AP Leads

Perform other duties as assigned by AP Management

Education and Requirements:
Associate’s Degree or High School Diploma and Accounts Payable experience

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree

2+ years of Accounts Payable experience

Prior Accounts Payable leadership or other related experience.

Other requirements:
Keen attention to detail and strong sense of urgency

Dependable, motivated, and self starter

Excellent Communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to Multi-task and be highly organized

Above average skills related to Microsoft Excel, and Word
