We are currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager to work in our Pipersville, PA office. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to the Project Manager and actively participating in all facets of the project life cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in project pricing, budgeting, estimating, and scheduling
- Collaborate with Project Manager to ensure the installation of HVAC/plumbing systems meet proper code and project requirements
- Attend operational/departmental meetings, as required
- Assist Project Manager in preparations of vendor and subcontractor purchase orders, submittals, drawings, etc.
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment by coordinating safety meetings and incident reports
- Assist with estimating change orders, project documentation, project close out and commissioning requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years HVAC/plumbing experience
- Bachelor s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Ability to read construction plans and specifications
- Team player with a jump-in-the-ditch attitude
- Thorough knowledge of construction technology, equipment and methods
