Automotive Sales / Collections Specialist

We are looking for an Automotive Sales Professional / Collections Specialist to join our team! We are seeking someone with a background in sales and/or collections, preferably both. Must have strong customer service skills. Pay is hourly plus bonuses after 90 days, and will depend on experience.

Sales / Collections Responsibilities

• Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customers

• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.

• Build strong rapport with customers.

• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of vehicles.

• Call accounts/customers to collect any outstanding payments

• Report to the manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

Sales / Collections Specialist Qualifications

• Car sales experience and/or collections experience required

• Must have customer service experience

• Valid driver’s license

• Positive attitude and demeanor

• Strong listening and verbal communication skills

• Strong focus and desire to achieve sales goals

• Strong phone skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 – $14.00 per hour
