Nothing Bundt Cakes Spartanburg is hiring for Shift Leaders, Bakers, Crafters, Guest Service Representatives, Utility, and Frosters.

The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Staff assists in day-to-day operation, which includes all aspects of the guest experience, cake production, brand and merchandise presentation, work environment, P&L management, and inventory control.

These roles drive sales and profitability while ensuring the highest quality cakes, a warm, welcoming environment and superior service are consistently provided to our guests.


  • Prioritizes the guest experience, models superior guest engagement and fosters a positive work environment.
  • Is diligent, organized and self-motivated, with the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
  • Evaluates cake and craft products to ensure NbC standards are met and informs management of any quality control issues.
  • Cleans, sanitizes and restocks workstation, ensuring supplies are sufficiently prepared for the next shift
  • Monitors inventory of work area and replenishes accordingly or notifies management when additional ordering is required.
  • Complies with all health and safety guidelines and NbC policies and procedures, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene
  • Ability to prioritize and plan accordingly to enable timely delivery of guest cake orders for walk-in, delivery, or pre-orders.
  • Supports weekly sales productivity goals, cake production plan, and team schedules.

Education, Certifications and Work Experience Requirements:

  • Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
  • While no formal education or work experience is required, previous experience in an operational support role at a bakery or restaurant or in a food service environment is a plus.

Work Availability:
Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, based on changing business demands.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Pay: $10.00 – $15.00 per hour
