Answers incoming phone calls. Directs caller to appropriate department or individual or takes a thorough message. Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly and efficient manner. Monitors and keeps sufficient check and paper supply in the office.
Organizes and maintains mailing system. Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner. Assists with clerical duties as requested. Marginal Duties: Cross-trains others for this position as directed by management.
Fills in for other administrative positions as needed and directed by management. Assists with related special projects as required. Maintains a professional appearance and neat work area. Other duties may be assigned.
