Position summary
As the Business Office Coordinator, you work under the director of the Executive Director. You are responsible for the coordinating and management of the business office functions, which include assisting with the daily operations and financial functions of the community.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with DHEC compliance with regards to employee records, maintain updated and accurate records of vendor insurance certificates, prepare new hire packets in advance of employee orientation, perform receptionist duties and cover receptionist lunch as scheduled, and maintain all department filing and other duties as assigned.
Above average computer and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Excellent telephone skills.
High School graduate preferred. Ability to communicate efficiently in English using proper grammar in a pleasant manner.
Experience managing a small office staff.
Must be flexible and have good people skills.
Must be able to handle a multiplicity of routine tasks, follow specific instructions carefully and general instructions completely.
