Call Center Coordinator

****INCLUDES A $3,0000.00 SIGN ON BONUS after 6 months of employment****

Full-time Call Center Coordinator position available for our medical group’s call center. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.

  • Call Center Coordinator main responsibilities include receiving incoming telephone calls from patients or others in a call center setting, scheduling appointments, directing calls to the appropriate person, opening cases as needed to communicate with providers and offices.
  • Call Center Coordinator must have knowledge of grammar and spelling; excellent communication skills, ability to sit for long periods, ability to work in close proximity to others; ability to work in a stressful, busy environment at times with uninterrupted attention to detail and thought process maintaining high concentration.
  • Call Center Coordinator must have the ability to use a computer; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients and other employees; requires hearing within normal range.

Call Center Requirements:

  • Must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated.
  • Background in medical field required.
  • Medical Terminology required.
