Job description: Job Responsibilities
As Faculty for Corporate & Community Education’s Industrial/Manufacturing programs, provides instruction for contract and open enrollment industrial/manufacturing courses; responsible for designing and implementing learning strategies for students; develops course syllabi and instructional materials; maintains instructional records; responsible for student recruitment, advisement, and retention; develops and evaluates courses, programs, and services; cross-sells courses to clients; participates in college activities and committees; and performs other duties that support the mission and initiatives of the College.
Duties include:
- Teach assigned course at all SCC campuses and on-site client locates to meet program needs
- Responsible for curriculum development, creation of syllabi, and material development/selection
- In conjunction with the Industrial/Manufacturing Program Director, meet with new and existing clients to sell and deliver contract training
- Advise students in academic and employment training
- Work with supervisor to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained, and repairs are scheduled as necessary
- Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor
Minimum and Additional Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and related training development program experience.
Preferred Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in manufacturing production and safety. A minimum of two years of teaching or training experience.

Expected salary: $35360 – 65429 per year
