Client Care Specialist

As a Client Care Specialist you will answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take payments, or obtain details of complaints. Keep records of client interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process scheduling requests, assign technicians bases on geographical location, perform outbound follow up call to clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
