Customer Service and Order Entry Representative (60% WFH)
3 WFH Days and 2 In-Office Day Per Week
As Customer Service and Order Entry Representative, you will:
- Receive complete training
- Join the Customer Service Department
- Receive pricing requests and orders by phone, email, fax and through online sales portals
- Enter and process price quotes and orders
- Schedule, arrange and track shipments
- Expedite ‘rush orders’ upon request
- Monitor open orders and shipments
- Learn to utilize online customer portals to facilitate order fulfilment processes
- Provide periodic status updates to customers and internal teams
- Communicate with internal teams and customers by phone and email
- Troubleshoot issues and complaints as they arise
- Escalate complex issues as necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned
Up to $24.00 per hour plus full benefits
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- Customer Service, Customer Support or similar experience
- Data Entry / Order Entry experience
With:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Above average basic math skills
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent
Pluses:
- +++ An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
