Description of role:

A Customer Service Representative at DAS takes control of an order after the job has been sold by the Sales Rep. They are responsible for ensuring that the order is properly written to be sent to the appropriate vendors. Once the order is in production, the CSR must follow up periodically to inquire about the status of the order. The CSR is responsible for notifying the customer once the job is complete and submitting the order to finance for final invoicing.

Tasks:

  • Review order accuracy
  • Create/send purchase orders
  • Vendor follow Up
  • Deliver on time
  • Communicate order status details

Skills and requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or other business related fields

  • Work independently
  • Exceptional time management
  • Team player
  • Ability to communicate effectively to the rest of the team
  • Strong written, verbal, and listening skills

Work schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday daytime hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 – $40,000.00 per year
