Customer Service Representative Streaming Services -MS

The Customer Service Representatives will respond to general inquiries and assist members with product and service information via inbound calls. Our CSRs ensure the customer’s experience is absolutely delightful by offering high-quality, personable, and conversational support.

Equipment for this position is required. Must be MacBook or Windows 10 or higher Operating System. You must have a WebCam and a USB Wire Headset.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the member servicing various product questions and/or issue resolution via inbound calls
  • Provide timely, efficient, and accurately follow up to user questions or issues
  • Answer member questions regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions, and general concerns.
  • Serve as a champion of the brand and help save membership through excellent communication and brand awareness.
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism working to establish rapport with every member.
  • Update member information in multiple member databases depending on member needs.
  • Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
  • Some sales calls are required.
  • Assist in sales calls when is need it.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • High School or GED Diploma (Required)
  • Must have at least 1 year of Customer Service/Call Center experience (Preferred)
  • Excellent written communication skills; attention to detail, data accuracy, and speed.
  • Ability to navigate multiple technology systems, and multi-task.
  • Interpreting data and questions to create first contact resolution.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced changing environment.
  • Must have excellent grammar, punctuality, speed, and the ability to thrive in a complex organization.
  • Must be able to think proactively and to collaborate effectively.
  • Must be willing to submit/pass background check.
