Job description: The Opportunity
Delaware North Gaming is searching for a full-time Database Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a database Marketing Coordinator, you will accurately input, extract, analyze and maintain data for the marketing department in accordance with the Company’s GuestPath Universal Service and Operations Standards.
Minimum pay rate: $20.00 / hour

Responsibilities
- Responsible for resolving guest inquiries via phone, letter, and email. Inquires to include account status, offers received, another other questions inquired about
- Responsible for updating the player tracking system for all Exclusions and Associate accounts
- Research and address any coupon redemption issues with the appropriate area and leadership
- Build groups, enroll players, and schedule free play for all mailings and promotions
- Setup all database-related systems (Oasis, MGT, etc.) for all mailings and promotions
- Use Access and Excel to extract appropriate club data for routine reports
- Prepare analysis on campaigns and other offers and groups
- Update coupon log redemption information
- Keep accurate records of data management for the preferred player and racing rewards programs and members
- Assist with direct mail preparation and scheduling, including communications to the appropriate department on all offers
- Create and maintain specialty lists for VIP Hosts and Player Reward Club Programs
- Assist with the planning and coordinating of promotions and activities
- Prioritize, organize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Work within tight, demanding deadlines frequently
- Perform as a team member and assist fellow associates to ensure a smooth operation
- Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge and skill
- Role model the GuestPath Universal Service Standards by interacting positively through relationships with guests, fellow associates, and members of the management team displaying genuine concern and mutual respect for people’s needs
- Greet guests appropriately, treating each person as an individual and in a professional manner
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- An associate degree from a two-year college or technical school preferred
- Six months to one-year related experience preferred
- IT or casino experience preferred
- Arkansas Gaming and Racing License required
- Intermediate math skills including addition, subtraction, and algebra
- Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, database, e-mail, and Internet required
- Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge and skill
- Role model the GuestPath Universal Service Standards by interacting positively through relationships with guests, fellow associates, and members of the management team displaying genuine concern and mutual respect for people’s needs.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift or carry 30 pounds
- Exposure to secondhand smoke
