Provides administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, minute taking, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, answering questions and requests, coordinating events, managing budgetary items, creating and distributing reports, maintaining vendor contractual items.
Organizes and maintains departmental records
Primary time keeper and scheduler for the department
A thorough knowledge of complex office procedures and functions are necessary.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills are necessary.
Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly in a high-paced environment
Ability to take on a variety of different tasks without becoming overwhelmed
Ability to anticipate needs, identify opportunities, and manipulate outcomes for improvement
