The Desktop Support Specialist role provides exceptional support and maintenance to our customers within the organization’s desktop computing environment. The position requires not only technical expertise in installing, diagnosing, maintaining, repairing and upgrading all IT desktop products to ensure optimal performance, but also includes the demonstrated ability to understand and translate business problems into effective resolutions. This position will troubleshoot problems (in person, by telephone, and remotely) in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide customer assistance where required. This position consistently demonstrates excellent customer service across the organization. They work closely with other team members and resolve desktop problems in an efficient and timely manner.

Pay: $19.00 – $31.00 per hour
