Job Description Qualifications:
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Business Analyst (Level 2 or 3) to support the Dreamlifter Team based out of North Charleston, South Carolina.
Dreamlifter is seeking a candidate with experience in preparing and running leadership meetings, assisting in the development of business processes & strategies, managing projects, and integrating teammates. Desired skills include effective communication, cross functional management, and adaptability.
Position Responsibilities:
Participates in managing supplier/subcontractor business relationships, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations
Gathers and reviews data for use in supplier performance evaluations
Identifies and communicates potential risks and issues
Provides support in the development of mitigation plans
Deploys operating authority to improve product delivery and quality performance
Supports the development and implementation of supplier project plans
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams and creating and presenting materials in front of multi-levels of leadership
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of experience in Project and Portfolio Management
Experience with SAP
Typical Education/Experience:
Associate (Level 2):
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years’ related work experience, 7 years’ related work experience, etc.).
Mid-Level (Level 3):
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years’ related work experience, 10 years’ related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range for associate level: $70,550 – $95,450
Summary pay range for mid-level: $88,400 – $119,600
