You will drive the facility vehicle to transport residents to desired destinations.

Responsibilities:
- Provides assistance/escort for residents to and from physician appointments, dialysis, and any other transportation necessary.
Qualifications:
- Clean driving record with valid driver’s license of this state
- Covid Vaccine required unless an approved exemption is presented upon hiring
