AcreTrader seeks an experienced and highly collaborative Executive Assistant based in Northwest Arkansas who is excited about supporting a dynamic executive team. The EA will amplify our team’s success by following through on all tasks, enhancing the use of our executives’ time, and ultimately doing anything it takes administratively to help the executive team succeed. This person will support our CEO and COO logistically and is a key asset to the success of our executive team and company.

On a daily basis, the EA will anticipate and prevent problems and communicate clearly in both writing and conversation. Detail-oriented follow-through is key to success in this role. Administrative tasks will include but are not limited to triaging and drafting emails, coordinating calendars and internal teams, booking travel, and scheduling meetings. The EA will also be responsible for some personal assistant tasks. The EA must be able to work under pressure to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment. They should have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain balance among multiple priorities and teams.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate and solve the needs and problems of the executive team

  • Help coordinate internal and external communication for executives through email and Slack

  • Conserve the time of the CEO and COO by reading, researching, and routing correspondence according to the highest and best use of their time

  • Coordinate executive calendars on a daily basis, including meeting rooms

  • Assist in planning appointments, events, travels, dinners, and so on

  • Assist in personal tasks and errands that interfere with work

  • Manage, consolidate and organize phone calls and emails

  • Prioritize conflicting needs and proactively follow through on tasks to ensure successful completion

Key Competencies/Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working as a Senior Executive Assistant, Executive Administrative Assistant, Chief of Staff, or other similar position

  • Significant experience in managing office procedures and working with sensitive corporate and personal information

  • Good practical experience with office management systems, Google Suite, MS Office, and Slack

  • Good knowledge of cloud systems, online calendars, and other related solutions

  • Professional qualifications such as Personal Assistant or Secretary will be a bonus

Legal authorization to work in the United States is a precondition to employment at AcreTrader
