Executive Assistant, Private Country Club

Premier Private Golf and Country Club is looking for a highly qualified, mature and professional Executive Assistant who is well versed in customer (Member) services with a true sense of Gracious Southern Hospitality. Qualified candidates who also possess experience within upscale Food and Beverage Hospitality operations are encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate will be extremely well organized and possess a wide range of skills, including but not limited to, a general working knowledge of food and beverage operations, time management, communications, telephone inquiries, email communications, web site management and editing, desktop publishing (Adobe InDesign, Publisher), in-house marketing, menu and promotional material design and layout, systems and procedural evaluations, database management, PowerPoint presentations, Microsoft Office, etc.

The Executive Assistant will assist the General Manager/COO with, among other things, administrative tasks associated with confidential New Member Enrollment and Orientation, Board and Committee Communications, general Executive Administrative Duties, Professional Association Communications and Correspondence, and all day-to-day Member Communications. Will be in a position to do whatever it takes to assure that our members are well cared for while receiving prompt, efficient responses to any inquiries or requests.

The successful candidate will also serve in a collaborative support role to the Banquet/Events Coordinator, Club Controller and Clubhouse Manager. The ability to work some weekends and holidays throughout the year is required. The Club is closed early on Christmas Eve and all day on Christmas and New Year’s Day. On Monday the Clubhouse service operations are closed.

A proven and verifiable track record of success and accomplishment in a similar position is expected. Prior experience or general understanding of the hospitality and Food and Beverage industry, while certainly helpful, is not necessary.
