NiTEO is seeking an experienced International Customer Service Representative for employment at its Distribution Center to provide every customer with the best service experience.


  • Assisting customers, contractors and business partners via inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence and or electronic communication according to all NiTEO policies, procedures, and contract coverage.
  • Work closely with sales team to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Key all quotes and proformas.
  • Prepare and provide all export documents (IMO, Cargo Form, Commercial Invoices, Packing List, COO, COFM, etc).
  • Request quotes for container loads.
  • Work with vendors and freight forwarders for truck pickups on direct shipments.
  • Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Resolving product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints or shipping issues; determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting corrections or adjustments and following-up to ensure customers resolution.
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Maintaining current knowledge of all NiTEO policies, procedures, programs, and training tools.
  • Contributing to maintaining a culture committed to the safety of its employees.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment at the employee’s assigned work station(s).
  • Other tasks, duties and responsibilities as assigned.


  • 2+ years’ experience of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment. ·
  • 2+ years’ export experience ·
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and set priorities to meet deadlines on schedule. ·
  • Ability to influence others and work within cross-functional teams to make responsible decisions. ·
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written, verbal and presentation communication skills. · Proficiency in MS Office Suite. ·
  • Possess a high tolerance of ambiguity and flexibility with respect to job functions and working hours in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


  • Ability to sit for up to 8+ hours a day while using office equipment such as computers, phones, etc.


  • High school diploma or GED.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
