Full Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recruit target population (ages 18-24)
  • Recruit program participants from the service area: Ashley, Bradley, Chicot, Desha, and Drew Countie
  • Participate in and coordinate local Wraparound groups
  • Provide reports of project enrollment, activities, and outcomes weekly to Project Director
  • Perform periodic participant/family follow-up visits and evaluation of ISP
  • Promote positive relationships and a positive image of the project with partners and communities
  • Work collaboratively with the Project Director to develop project infrastructures
  • Assist participants with placement services including, but not limited to education, vocational, employment
  • Assist Participants with legal and other supportive services referrals and follow-through
  • Provide case management services to all enrolled participants
  • Complete intake and assessment with clients
  • Refer clients to appropriate specialists or community agencies
  • Provide information about services and resources available locally
  • Utilize and maintain agency vehicles for transporting participants
  • Attend local and out of area training
  • Assist in making and attending health and human service appointments, including activities related to employment and educational goals
  • All other functions/responsibilities assigned by supervisor and/or President/CEO

Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Listening and synthesizing information
  • Communication/Relationship development with community stakeholders
  • Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, organize, and attention to detail

Education:

Bachelor’s degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
All staff and clients are required to wear masks. The offices are sanitized daily. Staff and visitor’s temperatures are checked upon entry into the building.
