JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities for Security Guards – Vehicle Patrols specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
- Access Control Responsibility
- Direct visitors and vehicle traffic
- Vehicle patrols of the client facility
- Monitor security cameras
- Interior/exterior foot patrols of the facility
- Provide 100% of shift coverage
- Lead by example by living up to GardaWorld values
- Inspection and training of all personnel on assigned sites
General Security responsibilities for Security Guards – include, but are not limited to:
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients
- Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site
- Respond quickly to critical situations
- Ability to read and write detailed reports
- Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
- Customer service skills
- Security experience not required but preferred
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time
- Computer skills
- Phone skills
- Ability to pass a motor vehicle records check
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
- Arkansas security license of ability to obtain (will help to obtain)
General Qualifications to work in physical security at GardaWorld include:
- Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
- Pass an extensive screening process
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
