Your Duties / Responsibilities!

  • MAINTAIN CLIENTEL & KEEP CASES STAFFED AT ALL TIMES
  • Administrative Duties, including but not limited to making phone calls to case managers, clients, caregivers, running errands, etc.
  • Answer & direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule interviews and orientations.
  • Maintain contact lists of clients, caregivers, case managers, etc.
  • Produce and distribute correspondence via email, scan, fax, etc.
  • Assist in the hiring & orientation process for new hires
  • Assist with HR /Payroll
  • Provide support to visitors, caregiver, and clients.
  • Assist caregivers with Autheticare & Paychex App when applicable.
  • Visit clients and case managers in person when applicable.
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, Saturdays when needed
