Full Job Description
In support of the Dept of Education, Student Loan Forgiveness program, QI2 is seeking work from home call center personnel, who can start work immediately. Individuals must be able to attain a satisfactory background report, to be eligible for this Public Trust position. This is a contract position, and length of contract depends on the needs and success of the Student Loan Forgiveness Program.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:
Must have high speed internet.

Must have a home working space that allows for uninterrupted call time.

Must be customer service oriented.

Candidate should have strong oral communication skills both verbal and written, and possess a professional attitude and demeanor, to successfully interact with all personalities via phone conversations.

Candidate must be able to use time management skills to effectively complete daily tasks.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorable background investigation report

Physical Demands:
These physical demands are representative of the physical requirements necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Reasonable accommodation can be made to enable people with disabilities to perform the described essential functions. Workplace is home but needs to have space dedicated to work, knowing that phone will be major work tool. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones.

Required essential functions include repetitive hand movements, reading, eye-hand coordination, and hearing, talking, and sitting for long periods.

This is largely a sedentary role.

Wage is SCA, varies by location but generally between $15 and $15.50 per hour.
