Indeed seeks a Benefits Specialist who is passionate about health, wellbeing and diversity, inclusion and belonging. The person in this role will be responsible for global program support, partnering with stakeholders across Indeed and providing an excellent and equitable employee experience. Build on our Inclusion & Belonging company value through a scope of work that includes support for and communication of traditional physical, mental, and financial benefit programs as well as social and growth programs in a hybrid environment.

Support awareness and education strategies for global programs through a variety of communication channels to enhance delivery and reach all segments of the population.

Build and maintain excellent working relationships with external stakeholders such as brokers, vendors, and comparators.

Collaborate and communicate with the Global Benefits team on both regional and global projects.

Stay current on global health and wellbeing legislation, trends, and innovations.

Who You Are

3+ years Human Resources administration experience including benefit program coordination

Strong relationship building and project management skills

Experience with implementation and promotion of global benefit programs

Customer service mindset when addressing employee requests with patience, empathy, and a problem-solving approach

Problem solving and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to synthesize data, identify themes, and create solutions to address themes

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required, including presentation skills

Highly organized and detail oriented with demonstrated ability to manage multiple processes efficiently and with high degrees of accuracy and completeness

Proactive and responsive work ethic with demonstrated accountability for delivering high-quality, timely, and effective results

Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively while being comfortable seeking answers when help is needed

Ability to handle confidential and highly sensitive information with good judgment, tact, discretion with special attention to maintaining confidentiality and following Indeed’s data compliance policies

Experience using Workday, JIRA, and WordPress highly encouraged

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
