Helpdesk – Intermediate Helpdesk
Location: Jackson, MS
Interview Mode: Skype
Role: Onsite
Responsible for providing help desk assistance to the end-users on PC software, computer and peripheral equipment within the Office; Configure & deploy new PCs; Upgrade and reimage existing PCs; Install & maintain operating system software, including new releases of existing software; Assisting the Information Systems Director in maintaining the local area network with the assistance from our network maintenance vendor.

Salary: $15.06 – $32.65 per hour
