Successfully evaluates, analyzes and maintains the company HRIS (Human Resource Information System) platform of data. Creates and maintains BI (Business Intelligence) delivered reports for various groups on a consistent basis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Responsible for delivering HR reporting data from UKG (UltiPro)

· Responsible for the testing, set-up and implementation of the HRIS system and the on-going development of the HR applications, system administration, support, and maintenance.

· Ability to leverage technology and tools to communicate, track, document, and analyze the utilization of HR systems

· Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to system users.

· Compiles or assists with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for senior executives and HR staff.

· Produce as required, multiple reports from the UltiPro system for various departments, including; HR, Recruiting, Accounting, Collections, Executives, etc.

· Be able to maintain the confidentiality of all information encountered.

· Be knowledgeable of Company HR policies and procedures, their application with our Associates and compliance with Company values as well as laws and regulations.

· Assist in processing new hires through the UKG Onboarding system.

· Act as an in-house end user resource for dealerships and Corporate Office departments using the UltiPro system.

· Process any UltiPro changes as needed.

· EEO1 data collection, processing and filing on an annual basis.
