Image Balancers are responsible for correcting mistakes to items in cash letter runs from the banks, balancing incoming image files from customers, and balancing customers transactions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Adjusts input files based on customer requests.
Ensures input files are in balance and uploaded to the host.
Ensures the upload is completed in a timely manner.
Balances customers transactions for the day.
Performs image maintenance as requested by customers.
PRIMARY RESULTS ACCOUNTABLE FOR ACHIEVING
Information for debits and credits are correct.
All check sheets are filed.
All banks receive a file of their items and anything that rejected due to lack of information in certain field.
Files are in balance for host processing.
Accurate transactions and balancing for customers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education & Certifications:
Education or job knowledge equivalent to a High School education.
Experience:
No experience is necessary; this is an entry level position.

General Supervision. Assignments are both task-oriented and objective-oriented. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgement and overall adequacy and accuracy.
