Job Summary
We are a small, growing company with an immediate need for a full-time inbound Customer Service Representative. We are an e-commerce woodturning supply company focusing on woodworkers and hobbyists. We need someone who can work quickly, enjoys working on a variety of tasks, and pays strict attention to detail. This person will work with our other members of our team to answer phone calls, reply to emails, label wood blanks, and other odd jobs. You’re not stuck at a desk all day!
We are located in Noblesville near 146th and SR 37
Major Tasks
- Answers the phone and emails to assist with inbound calls
- Helps customers troubleshoot issues
- Willing to provide superior customer service
- Labels pen blanks and bundles appropriately
- Assists with completing front office cleaning
- Completes tasks as assigned by Manager
Successful Candidates will be:
- Detail oriented
- Customer focused and have problem solving skills
- Able to work independently
- Highly motivated to work unsupervised and take initiative to find and complete new tasks
- Able to use a computer
- Performs well in a small, team-oriented environment
- Has strong communication skills to work well with others
