We are searching for a qualified HR Witness to provide testimony in legal proceedings for our company’s client’s in the legal field. This position requires a Master’s and/or J.D Degree from an accredited higher education program. Please ATTACH YOUR EDUCATIONAL TRANSCRIPTS AND DIPLOMA TO YOUR APPLICATION.

The HR Witness role will work closely with our Scheduling and Administrative team to ensure full coverage and be responsive to the needs of assigned clients. As a HR Witness, you should also have strong communication skills as you will be interacting not only with other employees, but also with legal professionals, court staff, and their clients.
You will be responsible for reading legal documents, deposition prep meetings with clients, written or verbal reports on HR and state and federal regulations, and court testimony appearances.
Being detail-oriented and organized is essential to the position, since it requires attention to statutory compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Master’s or Master’s/JD in Human Resources
- Knowledge of state and federal Employment Regulations
- Strong HR statutory compliance knowledge
- Strong confidentiality and discretionary skills.
