2/2/3 rotational schedule working from either 3:00am to 4:00pm OR 3:00pm to 4:00am
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Perform basic mechanical adjustments and complete all required mechanical PM’s in the prescribed time.
Timely pre-flight of equipment to ensure the Ishida is ready to start before the line start time and that the Ishida has adequate product throughout the shift.
Visually inspect equipment and area for overall cleanliness and safety before start-up.
Check all limit switches and guards for proper installation.
Turn machine on/off correctly, how to properly operate, and read all displays and menus.
Monitor raw materials continuously to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Timely and accurate performance of yield calculations to ensure that costs are minimized.
Monitors area and ensures that housekeeping, GMP, and safety standards are maintained at all times.
Check area at shifts end and ensure that area is left neat and orderly.
Understand Control Panel terminology and how to make necessary adjustments.
Timely completion of work orders so that repairs are made as soon as possible.
Team members shall understand and follow factory management systems for human safety, food safety and/or environmental management. Understand and actively work toward achieving management system targets and objectives.
Other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
