A customer service representative acts as a liaison between Allstate and our clients. They provide product/services information and resolve emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They are patient, empathetic, and love to talk. Customer service representatives must put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Problem-solving comes naturally to CSRs. They are good at troubleshooting and investigate when they don’t have enough information to resolve problems. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction and retention.


  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Proactively call our clients to resolve potential problems
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information for our clients
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Generate sales leads by looking for cross sale opportunities
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Maintains records of client interactions and endorsements file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers
