Job description: A client in Arkansas is looking for a driven individual that has a strong understanding of analytical healthcare economics. They will be in charge leading direct and cross-functional staff to identify and deploy initiatives to reduce unnecessary medical costs and improve healthcare outcomes. The position leads the evaluation of medical cost and quality to identify cost savings and quality improvement opportunities and develop, execute and track Trend Bender initiatives. The position manages the development and tracking of annual medical cost reductions and health quality improvements to increase affordability and healthcare outcomes for clients and members.

-Strong experience with analytical healthcare economics

-Knowledge of healthcare “delivery systems”

-Understanding of medical care, delivery, and cost

-Comfortable being in a brand new role and building a new team
