Summary:
This position is responsible for performing manufacturing procedures, execution of scheduled tasks within a cGMP environment, quality and maintaining the highest standards in compliance within company policies, procedures and all applicable regulations. Responsible for fostering site pride and J&J citizenship.

Key Responsibilities:
Independently execute manufacturing or manufacturing-support processes according to standard operating procedures and current curriculum.

Support schedule adjustments to meet production, material receipt and shipping requirements; Review visual schedule.

Retrieve and analyze trend charts and process data on trained procedures.

Verify and enter production parameters per SOP and Batch Records.

Accurately complete documentation in Batch Records, logbooks and other GMP documents.

Maintain equipment and instruments.

Demonstrate training progression through assigned curriculum.

Accountable for maintaining a working knowledge of basic cGMP requirements to ensure adherence to compliance policies and regulations

Wear the appropriate PPE when working in manufacturing and other hazardous working environments.

Proactively maintain a clean and safe work environment. Take necessary action to eliminate safety hazards and communicate to others any observed unsafe behaviors

Ensure materials are available for production.

Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required

0-2 Years Biotech/Pharmaceutical experience or equivalent industry experience.

Good communication skills

Amenable to perform duties of this job that includes regular standing; walking; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; climb, bend and stoop; and reach with hands and arms

Ability to lift 20 lbs.

Experience in GMP or in a regulated industry is required
