Home Instead is looking for a CAREGiverto join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community. All shifts are available.

Would you like to explore a career as a CAREGiver with Home Instead? No experience necessary, we will provide training! Our office is equipped with a CAREGiver Training Center where we can teach you any activities of daily living (ADL’s) that you may not know or just need some brushing up on. Some of these ADL’s include bathing, dressing, grooming and incontinence care.

We are an International non-medical Home Care Company that has been serving seniors for over 20 years. Our clients reside in Tontitown, Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, Bentonville, and surrounding areas.

Hourly Wages may vary, based on the hours a caregiver works and the client they work with. Higher pay for clients with specialized care needs such as Alzheimer’s or Dementia.

We are currently seeking CAREGivers looking for both Part-Time and Full-Time work schedules. Shift options could be 4-hour, 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts. Our primary goal is to establish a recurring schedule for our caregivers so if that’s important to you, please contact us immediately. However, we also have the ability to work with those needing more flexibility in their schedules.

Here are just a few of the things you might do as a Home Instead CAREGiver:

  • Provide companionship and conversation
  • Do light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
  • Provide medication reminders
  • Assist with personal care, such as bathing and grooming
  • Assist with toileting and incontinence care
  • Transport clients to appointments and assist with errands/shopping
  • Alzheimer’s Care (We train!)

What we will require:

  • Complete a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check and drug screen
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance (required if driving clients)
