The incumbent will have responsibility for implementing, maintaining and coordinating training matrix, scheduling and coordinating training, as well as document retention. As a training coordinator you will be required to coordinate with various departments and multiple facilities to establish and maintain schedules.
Maintain training status of all Grenada employees.
File, store and/or destroy training records per Modine policy.
Audit employee competency and training as it relates to assigned responsibilities.
Arrange and/or schedule training for employees not yet competent.
Create, maintain and publish appropriate metrics of completed training.
Create and maintain electronic matrix for OJT, Work Instruction and EHS trainings.
May be required to give occasional classroom trainings.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Windows, Excel and Office. A skill test assessment is administered to assist in applicant selection.
Good communication skills
Ability to work all 3 shifts (1st, 2nd and 3rd)
