The Role


Process, track, and expedite customer orders to meet production and inventory requirements.

Role and Responsibilities:

Order Administration–

Process, track and expedite customer purchase orders for HOY, HOP, AII, AIF, UTF, & USN, including entering and maintaining/editing sales orders to meet customer demands.

Provide daily updates to internal and external customers regarding orders, including delivery dates and/or any changes in the status of the order. Place, schedule and/or reschedule customer orders as needed.

Maintain and open order report for all divisions of the business.

Coordinate daily order releases to the traffic department on shipments.

Attend daily/weekly/monthly production/scheduling meetings.

Coordinate order releases, receipts and shipments to production.

Process orders being drop-shipped from vendors.

Process RMA /credits for equipment being returned into inventory.

Contribute to positive Company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented image to customers.

Perform all duties in accordance with Atlas Copco standards, while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of the customer.

Take whatever action is appropriate and required to get the job done and to establish and maintain communications with all

people/employees considered necessary to get the job done.

Perform other duties as assigned.

What we expect of you?


1-3 years of relevant experience.


Associates degree in Business or related field.


Must be a proactive, energetic and motivated self-starter with excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, as well as in IBM Lotus Notes. Must have the ability to multitask with resiliency in a hectic work environment and be able to develop and maintain communication with internal and external customers as all levels of the organization.
