Devereux PA Adult Services provides programs and services for adults living with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, emotional and/or behavioral differences, and brain injuries. Our dedicated team of over 850 staff ranging from highly-specialized clinicians and nurses to recreational and direct support professionals, all work to one common goal – the happiness, self-fulfillment and social integration of each adult in our community. We serve individuals in homes and apartments located throughout southeast Pennsylvania.
Joining the People Operations Team at Devereux PA Adult Services has its advantages! As a People Operations Support Team Member, you will report directly to the People Operations Director. This is a full-time position based in Berwyn, PA at our administrative office. In this entry-level position, you will provide administrative support in all areas of People Operations such as:
- New employee onboarding
- Confidential file and document management
- HRIS maintenance
- Center-wide regulatory compliance
Salary Range: $17.00- $19.00/hr
Working Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm

Qualifications
- Associates degree and two (2) years specialized administrative support training, preferably in Human Resources OR comparable years of paid experience in the capacity of Administrative Assistant, Representative, Coordinator, or other Human Resources position with similar responsibilities. Bachelors in Human Resources or related field, preferred.
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Must possess and maintain valid driver’s license
Expected salary: $17 – 19 per hour
