Full Job Description

Administrative Assistant Duties & Responsibilities included but not

limited to the following:

  • Greet clients as they enter the facility.
  • Manage Google Calendar.
  • Provide outstanding customer service.
  • Recommend additional products to the clients.
  • Attend events as needed in absence of management.
  • Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, forms, etc.
  • Verify or reschedule appointments.
  • Direct clients to the appropriate departments.
  • Ensure client records are up to date.
  • Assist with Event Coordinating.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or higher (highly preferred)

Required Skills

  • Self-motivated, highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Microsoft Excel & Outlook experience
  • At least 4 years of Admin Assistant experience
  • Typically day to evening hours, but subject to change at*

times based on business demands.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 – $16.00 per hour

Education:

  • Associate (Preferred)
