Full Job Description
Administrative Assistant Duties & Responsibilities included but not
limited to the following:
- Greet clients as they enter the facility.
- Manage Google Calendar.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Recommend additional products to the clients.
- Attend events as needed in absence of management.
- Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, forms, etc.
- Verify or reschedule appointments.
- Direct clients to the appropriate departments.
- Ensure client records are up to date.
- Assist with Event Coordinating.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Associate’s degree or higher (highly preferred)
Required Skills
- Self-motivated, highly organized and detail-oriented
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Excel & Outlook experience
- At least 4 years of Admin Assistant experience
- Typically day to evening hours, but subject to change at*
times based on business demands.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 – $16.00 per hour
