Personal Assistant

Seeking a personal assistant who directly helps manage daily tasks professional and/or personal. Must be highly-trustworthy, flexible and enjoy learning new things. Work experience should include a similar role as a personal assistant or executive assistant

Skills needed:

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

3 + years Quickbooks

HR skills preferred

Outstanding skills in organizational & time management

Knowledge of gadgets like copy machines and e-calendars

High level of organization

Positive Attitude

Problem Solving skills


Time Management

Work Independently

Accuracy and Attention to Detail

Excellent skills in communication both written & verbal

Discretion & confidentiality

Varied Duties may include:

Acts as the contact point among clients, employees, executives, & other external partners

Manages information flow timely as well as accurately

Manages executives’ calendars as well as sets up meetings

Makes arrangements for travel & accommodation

Running errands (e.g. groceries, dry cleaning, etc.)

Shopping (e.g. clothes, gifts, etc.)

Acts as an office manager to keep up with supply inventory

Formats information for external and internal communication such as reports, emails, memos, etc

Screens and directs phone calls and distributes correspondence

Excellent Multi tasking, Time management and Customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour
