JOB SUMMARY
: Responsible for monitoring and checking that all vehicles entering the Sea Pines Beach Club have the appropriate pass or decal to park while providing exceptional customer service.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for checking the decal or pass on all vehicles upon entrance to Sea Pines Beach Club or Plantation Golf Club.
  • Direct guest to the designated parking area for beach parking based on their pass.
  • Responsible for parking usage records.
  • Assist with overflow parking from the Beach Club to the Plantation Golf Club parking areas

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from owners, guests, vendors, and co-workers. Must be able to communicate (verbally and in writing) effectively and efficiently to owners, guests, vendors, and co-workers.

This position functions with a minimum of direct supervision and requires the individual to be a self-starter, self-motivated, and the ability to prioritize effectively.


SOCIAL SKILLS

Must have excellent communications and customer-service skills and be capable of handling effectively difficult guests and their complaints. Good listening skills are needed to facilitate problem solving.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent


CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

Certified in CPR and First Aid preferred

Driver’s License needed
