TITLE: Production Artist

Our clients are accustomed to receiving a superior level of service and value for their investment. Our creative team serves a wide variety of agriculture, business, B2B, government and nonprofit clients. The

Production Artist works with the creative team to execute creative design. They create and/or adjust print and digital art for industries ranging from manufacturing, agriculture, healthcare and education.

The Production Artist assists in the final stages of the design process reviewing copy, layouts and content. They ensure brand standards across color and fonts, production quality as well as pre-flight packaging. They resize master ad files for individual trade publications.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with copywriters and account managers to assemble art
  • Create layout comps, rough and presentation materials
  • Create graphics and themes for print and digital media
  • Review layouts and fonts, finalizing designs, fixing, improving and editing design
  • Work with photographers and sound production
  • Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines within budget
  • Create HTML ads
  • Create animated HTML banner ads
  • Creative to the core
  • Curious, ahead of the trends
  • Work with brand guidelines across all mediums
  • Capable of creating for social, digital and traditional work
  • Establish trust with clients; presentation abilities, good client-facing skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects across totally different clients
  • Good listener
  • Positive, team oriented; works collaboratively and has client-facing responsibilities

Experience, Knowledge & Abilities

  • 5+ years’ experience
  • MacOS and Adobe CS proficiency required
  • Microsoft Office and time tracking
  • Knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Web development experience is a plus
  • Basic video and editing is a plus
  • A high standard for quality is a must

One location, office in Little Rock

2 days a week, our team members work remotely

Salary

Salary is based on skills, years and type of experience. Starting range – $50,000 – $75,000.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:
